We are pleased to say work has started on the Improvement of Nantgarw house and its grounds.
The front and side of the site was cleared of overgrowth last summer and spring flowers planted
Alterations have been made to the downstairs display area and a collection of Nantgarw Porcelain is now on display
We are pleased to announce that CADW with the help of the Trustees have started the clearing of overgrowth from the pottery buildings and site and what a difference it makes, Even the bed of the canal that would have been the factories supply line has been opened up. Finally there is progress in the next step of the preservation of this important heritage site. As soon as it is cleared of all the overgrowth the real work of preserving the last complete early 19th C Porcelain works in the U K and Europe can begin
