You will start with a fabulous Cream Tea in the historic Nantgarw China Works tea rooms surrounded by our permanent collection of beautiful Nantgarw porcelain. We can’t promise your tea will be served on Nantgarw porcelain but it will be on vintage bone china and laid out on tablecloths.

  • Choice of Tea/Coffee
  • Welsh cakes & Bara Brith
  • Fresh scones with clotted cream and jam.
  • Fresh strawberries

Gluten free options available on request.

After Tea you will be taken on a guided tour of this extremely atmospheric and historically important site. You will be shown the bottle ovens, pipe workshops, William Billingsley’s study, and the two hundred year old ruins of the China Works, now a scheduled ancient monument.

Costs include museum admission charge

Please note this event is now fully booked. As an alternative you may wish to consider our Mother’s Day Tea & Tours on Sunday March 22nd
